• Step 1: Log in to the IRCTC Portal using your User ID and Password.

• Step 2: From Top Menu Bar, navigate to MY ACCOUNT -> My Profile -> Update Profile [refer to screenshot below]

• Step 3: Scroll Down and search for “AADHAAR KYC Section”. If it is not verified it will be highlighted as “Not Verified“. Click on the “LINK YOUR AADHAAR” Button.

• Step 4: You will be redirected to the Aadhaar KYC Page as below. Enter your Name(as per your Aadhaar), and your Aadhaar Card Number, and confirm the declaration after reading through carefully. Then click on the “Send OTP” button.

• Step 5: You will receive an OTP on your Aadhaar Registered Mobile Number. Enter the OTP on your Screen and click on the “Verify OTP” button.

• Step 6: If the Aadhaar Card Name and OTP match with the Aadhaar Number, then it will display the detailed info available in Aadhaar Database. Please check the details, then go through the Terms & Conditions followed by Accepting it and click on the Update button to verify the details.

• Step 7: Finally you will receive a confirmation Pop-Up stating that your Aadhaar Verification is Successful.

To cross-check your verification status, again navigate to your Profile section(follow step 2) and scroll down to the “AADHAAR KYC” Section. You will see the status as “Verified“.
